this dissertation only considers the signal ’ s distortion by interconnect, such as delay, reflection, discontinuity of microstrip, crosstalk and simultaneous switching noise, and so on . nowadays, there are some simulation software in pcb level, but they are lack of the well ability of modeling . in order to simulate the interconnect accurately, we have to make use of three-dimension full wave analysis method, whose disadvantage is low speed in computing, but is competent for developing rules in high-speed designs 目前也有一些针对这些噪声的高速pcb板级仿真软件,但它们都缺乏详尽的建模能力,特别是当频率逐渐提高和电路板日益复杂后,更是显得无能为力,要精确地对互连结构进行分析,三维全波仿真器似乎不可缺少,其缺点就是速度慢,对整板仿真很难实现,但非常适用于规则开发,而这正好是本文除了建模与仿真方法研究外另一个重点。
first, the dissertation introduces transmission line theory, analyzes si in the design of high speed pcb, including reflection, crosstalk, simultaneous switch noise etc in detail . secondly, the dissertation simulates the reflection and crosstalk of the given circuit models using hyperlynx, the eda software of mentor corporation, and shows the waveforms of reducing reflection by adding terminators and the waveforms of the crosstalk influenced by changing the parameters of transmission lines . at last the dissertation summarizes the solutions to reducing reflection, crosstalk and ssn, and introduces the design flow of high speed pcb based on si 本文首先介绍了传输线理论,详细分析了高速pcb设计中的信号完整性问题,包括反射、串扰、同步开关噪声等,然后利用mentorgraphics公司的eda软件hyperlynx对给定电路模型进行了反射、串扰仿真,并给出了通过端接技术减小反射的仿真波形和通过改变传输线参数对串扰的影响的仿真波形,最后总结了解决反射、串扰和同步开关噪声的措施,并介绍了基于信号完整性分析的高速pcb板设计流程。
